How do I restore “No Ads” on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with, open the game's settings and tap Restore purchases. The purchase belongs to your store account, not to the device.
How do I change or withdraw my ad consent?
In the EU, UK and Switzerland the games ask for consent before showing any ad. You can change your choice any time in the game's privacy settings. Players under 16 never see personalised ads; from 16, ads are personalised only if you agree (on iPhone, Apple’s tracking prompt asks as well).
Where is my progress saved?
Only on your device (and in your own phone backup, if you use one). There are no accounts and no servers, so we cannot recover progress for you.
How do I delete my data?
Each game has a “delete all my data” button in its privacy settings. Deleting the app also removes everything. Details: Privacy policy.
I was charged but “No Ads” is not active.
First try Restore purchases. If that does not help, write to us with the receipt date. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.
Where are the settings?
Tap the gear in the top-right corner of the main menu. Restore purchases, consent settings and data deletion are under Account → Privacy & data.
The rhythm feels off: notes don't match the music.
DOPAMIN measures this before your first song in Rhythm or Pixel Ninja. To measure again, open Settings → Sound → Rhythm sync → Measure automatically and tap along with the clicks. Re-measure when you switch headphones (Bluetooth adds delay).
Why are some modes locked?
Modes open up as your level grows: Rhythm at level 2, Time Attack and Pixel Ninja at 3, Daily and Zen at 4, Nightmare at 6.
How do I play?
Tap anywhere to leave your orbit; you fly straight ahead along the aim line. Land inside the next ring to catch it. Settings → How to play starts a short tutorial at any time.

How do I delete my progress?
Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my data (tap twice) erases it; deleting the app does too.
I don't get reminders.
Reminders are optional: allow them when the game asks, or switch on Settings → Notifications (and allow Nova Jump in the iOS notification settings).

The game is too hard / too easy.
Campaign nodes get harder one by one. Upgrades from the shop make a real difference on the last nodes, and you can always replay a captured node. Tell us how it feels: the game is tuned from player feedback.
